Sarah Bodri is an emerging artist working in, but not limited to, analogue photography.
Growing up, Sarah’s proximity to the United States (and to family residing just across the bordering river) incited her enduring interest in boundaries—bodily, geographic, and cultural. She travels alone, photographing her surroundings in hopes of better understanding home en tant que le chez soi. Where are the boundaries of Self in relation to the other? How did they get there, and, more importantly, how are they dissolved? Sarah completed an undergraduate degree in French Literature and Women and Gender Studies at York University in 2012.
